Pre Sale Questions

Please check the size chart below the size selector. It contains detailed info, and there is also a corresponding recommendation chart for height/weight and size. You can choose the size according to your height and weight.

Or you can leave your height and weight information in the NOTE on the order confirmation page, and we will recommend the appropriate size based on this information when shipping the goods.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Yes, we can ship to most countries around the world. As long as you are able to place an order, we will be able to dispatch the items to you.

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, it may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If the item is returned within the 30-day return period and in its original condition, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item.

Washing: 1)Use cold water and gentle cycle in the machine. Don't overload. 2)Choose mild, natural detergent without harsh chemicals. Follow dosage.

Drying: 1)Tumble dry on low; remove slightly damp. Or use dryer balls. 2)Air dry in a shaded, ventilated area. Turn clothes inside out.

Ironing: 1)Set iron to medium heat. Iron damp fabric. Start from inside with smooth strokes. 2)Use a damp cloth for stubborn wrinkles.

Storage: 1)Fold neatly in a clean, dry, ventilated place. No heavy items on top. 2)Use cedar or lavender to repel pests. Control moisture.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any manufacturing defects within 90 days of your purchase, please contact our customer service. We will assess the issue and either repair or replace the item free of charge, depending on the nature of the defect.
